Trez Capital sold the 314-unit Winding Creek at the Preserve, a new multifamily property in Grand Prairie, TX, to a 1031 exchange buyer from California. Thompson Realty completed development of the complex.
Land Tejas has acquired 856 acres in Cypress for development of a future master-planned community. Financing was provided by Trez Capital.

Houston developer Land Tejas is planning a master-planned community in northwest Harris County on land that will eventually house 2,500 homes. Trez Capital provided financing for the acquisition and development.

A California investor has purchased the Winding Creek at the Preserve apartments. Thompson Realty and Trez Capital built the project which was sold in an off market deal. The 314-unit rental community was built in 2019 and was 98% leased at sale.
The commercial portion of Edmonton’s tallest building has been sold. Trez Capital financed Stantec Tower.
